Since 2005, we’ve taken a bespoke approach to home renovation. We specialize primarily in the purchase, restoration, and sale of Louisville’s older classic homes (1880 – 1970) and work to foster a vibrant community—from our homes and their new homeowners, the neighborhoods, our sub-contractors and purveyors, to our core team (operations, implementation, and investment). Our clients are a blend of first-time homebuyers and seasoned buyers who value community and sustainability with an appreciation for a reclaimed natural aesthetic.

Our renovation scope is primarily focused on the Highlands, Clifton, Crescent Hill, Germantown, and St. Matthews neighborhoods of Louisville — and yet we are always expanding and looking for our next home adventure. Homes are our curiosity and our passion.
